The new Holy Apostles Church was completed in February 2011 and consecrated on the 30th April 2011.

 

The church was erected on the site of the St. Marks Anglican Church.

 

The previous St. Marks congregation merged with St. Peter's & St. Andrew's in Braybrook and set about their plans to build a new church and parish centre on the Sunshine site. The centre incorporates a place of worship, Anglicare, Bentas & Goss'n Shop (the church's op shop), offices, a hall and gathering space.

There has been a church on this site for over 100 years as as a beautiful peppercorn tree which has seen many a Sunday School lesson taught under it's leafy boughs.

​

The bell tower is from the St. Marks Church.
